Who doesn't love food?

Who doesn't love food? I sure love food. I'm the person who really isn't picky when it comes to food. Anything that is edible, I eat. American food, Italian food, Indian food, Mexican food, Filipino food, Chinese, Japanese...you name it. But the food that I love the most is seafood. Anything that's seafood pretty much hits the spot for me. Whenever I see any time of seafood, I know that I'm going for that. Writing this makes me think about lobsters and crabs and shrimps and clams. This is making me hungry...! Visit my friend Monikas blog, I'm sure she has something to say about food as well...

Oh I love seafood! Especially that it's abundant here in the Philippines. :) And cheap too~

A few years ago my friend would always invite me to their family's seafood feast. It's basically a normal day where they get together and enjoy some of his Tito Rex's delicious cooking. I really love the century shells grilled and seasoned with butter and tabasco which is made by him.

Tofu? *drools*

I think its made of soya milk but my gosh its lovely! You can use it in salads, soup, pasta, i mean amost anything! Last night I had it with jacket potatoe with this bean sauce thing. :O so good!

We grilled it first to make it brown and lush and then mixed it with the sauce but you can easily put the chunks in a pan with oil etc. I HIGHLY recommened. You never know you might be addicted! & its really good for you

:)

Sorry if that looks like an essay

Take care, Monika xo

Ahh~ Davao! I've never been there but 2 weeks ago we were in Cagayan de Oro. We did rafting in Cagayan de Oro River. It was a lot of fun!

And I think you should. Maybe you can visit Bacolod and stay in my friend's dormitory and pension house in Eroreco 'cuz you can find Tito Rex there. Lots of Koreans stay there so he currently cooks Korean food.

Sometimes though when I go there to visit my friend, he would prepare delicious non-Korean dishes for us. Like a spicy spaghetti! And curry~
